As if the previous post was not enought (7 Video) - Tony Hansen of Kissimmee Fl or Orlando Area as some told me (Yup Next Door Neighbor to Disney World) is using $10,000 Dollars worth of technology to light and provide sound for the neighborhood. Playing 5 Songs. You Know I love watching them but I would hate to be his neighbors. :-)

These Christmas Lights displays are getting better and better each year. All Started a few years back with that one Christmas Video I saw and received in several emails that I believe is being used in a beer commercial this year.

A look into our Future From 1958

Yes, you read the title correctly - a look at the future from 1958 - The following video will show what the people from 1958 Thought the future might look like. This clip just under 10 mins long is quite fascinating. I think it predicts the GPS, TV Rear View Mirrors, The Huge Highways Signs, and Traffic Warning Systems (hmm like the ones on some GPS Units)

Excerpt from Video Info: “An excerpt from the 1958 “Disneyland” TV Show episode entitled “Magic Highway USA”. In this last part of the show, an exploration into possible future Transportation technologies is made. It’s hard to believe how little we’ve accomplished on this front since 1958, and how limited the scope for imagining such future technologies has become. Witness an artifact from a time where the future was greeted with optimism. Note the striking animation style here, achieved with fairly limited animation and spectacular layouts.

Cool Tool: Authentics Pen Clip for Moleskines and Other Journals

Posted on December 2nd, 2007 by Merlin.
Categories: Gadgets, HPDA, Journaling, Miquelrius, Moleskine, Notetaking, Office.

The Authentic Pen ClipI recently found this pen clip while stumbling around the web and this happens to be a really cool tool. It is made by Authentics - Just called the Pen Clip from what I can ascertain from the Japanese website I saw.

This Pen Clip can be used on a side of a journal like the photo to the left. And yes that looks like the Moleskine Notebook with the Pen Clip attached. But you can use this clip with other types of journals as well.

I have been looking around this morning and I am unable to find a place to purchase one of these really cool pen clips. So, If you know where I can get one please leave me a comment.

Pen Clip with Lamy
Here is the Pen Clip with my one of my favorite pens the Lamy Safari

Here is what the pen clip looks holding a Mechanical Pencil

Here is what the Pen clip looks like naked without a journal

Pen Clip on Leather Journal
Here is the Pen Clip attached to a Leather Journal Cover
Doesn’t need to be used on a spine of a journal.

Perfect Holiday Drink: Drinking Chocolate

Drinking ChocolateDrinking Chocolate: My new favorite drink.

This is NOT your normal cup of Hot Coco - Those are made with coco powder whereas Drinking Chocolate is made with real Chocolate Solids.

This is like drinking your favorite candy bar but only much better.

It really is not a sweet as it sounds as it uses a really rich semi sweet chocolate.

I found it online at Amazon after seeing it on the food network on a chocolate special.

Look here to buy some to enjoy and share at Amazon: Schokinag Chocolate
